We immediately took first aid measures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and rushed to the hospital in time.
We later learned that the tourist passed away after rescue efforts were unsuccessful.
"We are deeply saddened and extend our deepest condolences to the relatives of the deceased," the announcement said.

The announcement stated that due to prudent consideration and the need to cooperate with relevant departments for verification, the riding equipment is temporarily closed.
After a thorough verification, the equipment is functioning as designed and meeting safety standards.
