There are 4-6 winds in parts of Inner Mongolia, northern Tibet and other places (see Figure 2).

The southeastern part of Tibet, southeast of the northwest, southwest eastern, western Huanghuai, western Jianghuai, north of the Yangtze River, the northern and southern China have moderate to heavy rain, which, in southwestern Henan, northern Hubei, southeastern Guizhou parts of heavy rain (50 to 90 mm).

Partially northwestern Inner Mongolia, northern North Xinjiang, which are four to six wind, in the eastern part of Xinjiang wind 6 to 8 (see FIG. 3).
