On April 20th, "The Story of Suojia: The Video History of a Village" Yang Andi's documentary photography exhibition was held at the Guizhou Provincial Museum. More than 150 video works recorded the "first eco-museum in Asia" - Suojia Miao Village for more than 20 years history of change.

Suojia is located in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province. The Miao people living there are called "Qingmiao", and they are also called "long-horned Miao" because of the characteristics of their headgear.

In 1998, the Soga Ecological Museum with village community as the unit was completed, which is the first national cultural ecological museum in Asia.

In Suojia in the 1990s, due to severe rocky desertification, there was almost no grass on the mountain, and the villagers lived in poverty.

The reporter saw at the photo exhibition site that the photos showed the first road from Suojia Miao Village to the outside world, the first TV set in the village, the first new village built by immigrants who were relocated, and several sets of photos for comparison. The road for the children to go to school has become an asphalt road, and the former adobe house has become a two-story villa... Under the lens of Yang Andi, the Suojiaqing Miao community has experienced the vicissitudes and great changes under the tide of the times, from the serious rock desertification. The poor and backward mountain villages have gradually developed into characteristic rural tourist attractions with deep forests and dense trees.
