Since this Wednesday, it's possible!
In the eleventh arrondissement of Paris, a few meters from Place de la République, a new address called Philo Saucisse has just opened its doors.
It is neither more nor less than the concept imagined by Wilfried, Mickaël and Arnaud in the M6 program this season.
The three candidates were on site Tuesday evening for the inauguration evening.
Hiding in the kitchens, the chefs were busy preparing an octopus, lamb and pork sausage as a starter, an inverted sausage and its aligot for the main course, and the famous white pudding in a sweet version for dessert.
The public is invited to reserve a table as soon as possible even if two services are offered from Tuesday to Saturday for each lunch and each dinner.
Price of the culinary experience: 35 euros.
A restaurant but not only

It is obviously not at Philo Saucisse that you will find what you are looking for.
Unless… In the basement of the restaurant are two much more discreet addresses.
After descending a few steps, you will discover the butcher's shop, a cocktail bar which you can freely access, even without a dinner reservation.
On the walls, cans, sausages and charcuterie boards.
The place is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Behind another door located a few meters away hides the cold room (in which it is not so chilly), a clandestine mini-club whose atmosphere is provided by a DJ.
On the program, cocktails prepared with a famous 100% French vodka to be enjoyed in moderation until 4 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
