"The physical education teacher has a cold, and the physical education class is changed to math class." Many people must have experienced such a scene when they were students.

The second review draft of the revised draft of the Sports Law is being submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation, which stipulates that schools must open full physical education classes in accordance with relevant national regulations to ensure that physical education class hours are not occupied.

The second review draft of the draft also added provisions that education administrative departments, sports administrative departments, schools and families should organize and guide young people to participate in sports activities, and prevent and control young people's myopia, obesity and other adverse health conditions.

The national legislation "overweights" the policy requirements and administrative requirements of physical education classes to legal requirements, and draws a legal red line to ensure the time and quality of physical education classes.

We also hope that such changes will be implemented as soon as possible, so that physical education classes can be held on time and in sufficient quantities, so that physical education teachers will no longer be wronged, and students should enjoy the joy and benefits of sports.
