The Chinese Coast Guard Xiushan Ship, which was on a patrol mission in a certain sea area, received an order from the East China Sea Branch: a fishing boat and a fisherman hit his head with a broken cable during operation in a certain sea area. During the voyage, the ship Xiushan took the initiative to contact the fishing boat for assistance through satellite telephone, fishery radio, VHF and other means of communication to understand the injury process and status of the wounded.
After the injury was judged, the wounded was suspected of having intracranial hemorrhage after being hit by the cable on the head.

According to reports, the coast guard ship Xiushan arrived at the sea area where the fishing boat "Minlian Yuyun 60478" was located after one hour of high-speed sailing.
Due to the large surge at the scene, after several efforts, the fishing boat's cable was finally put on the bollard of the Coast Guard Xiushan Ship, and the injured fishermen were transferred to the Coast Guard Xiushan Ship.
The Coast Guard Xiushan transported the injured fishermen to the isolation ward in the cabin and transferred the wounded to the hospital.
