Recently, the two intelligent robots "Xiaojin" and "Bai Dundun" in Cangxia New Town, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City officially started to work.

Among them, the patrol robot "Xiaojin" is responsible for security patrols, and the sweeping robot "Bai Dundun" is responsible for cleaning. Their arrival makes the community more intelligent.

On the afternoon of April 18, the reporter saw the patrol robot "Xiaojin" and the sweeping robot "Bai Dundun" in Jiaheyuan Community of Cangxia New City.

The patrol robot "Xiaojin" provided by Gemdale Smart Service Group Fujian Branch is equipped with 5 cameras on its head, capable of 360° all-round real-time detection, and also carries 26 sets of environmental detection sensors, which can conduct real-time temperature, humidity, smoke, PM2.5 and other environmental parameters and detection of high-altitude parabola.

As an intelligent housekeeper, it can help the property solve many problems and improve security efficiency.

For example, whether the door of the unit is closed, whether the trash cans are littered, whether the public facilities such as fitness equipment and amusement facilities are damaged, and if danger is found on the patrol path, an early warning will be issued.

In addition, the robot has a built-in face recognition system. If it is connected to the public security system database later, it will perform face recognition and judgment. If a dangerous person appears in the community, it can be identified immediately.

The sweeping robot "Bai Dundun" is only about 1 meter tall, despite its short size, its cleaning efficiency is as high as 3,000 square meters per hour.

It can work in the environment of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency in high temperature and cold extreme weather.

And it can accommodate 60L of garbage at a time, which is a well-deserved "big belly king".

Today, the newly built smart operation and maintenance center of Jiaheyuan in Cangxia New City has made the community more intelligent through the "version 2.0" property management.
