At 4 pm on April 16, Liu Xiaoli started the delivery work in Shanghai after completing the nucleic acid test. She and 6 other courier colleagues were assigned to the Liziyuan Sales Department in Putuo District, Shanghai.

According to Liu Xiaoli, she goes out every morning around 7:00 to start a day's delivery work. Apart from meals and short breaks, she can be found on all streets near the Liziyuan Sales Department.
