According to the relevant requirements of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, and after comprehensive research and judgment by experts, the Harbin City Headquarters decided that from 20:00 on April 16, 2022, buildings 13, 19, and B of Hongxing Kaiyue Community, Wanggang Town, Nangang District, Harbin City will be relocated. The building was adjusted to a medium-risk area; from 24:00 on April 16, the residential area of Qianjin Village and Yongsheng Village, Chaoyang Town, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, was adjusted to a medium-risk area.
Risk levels in other regions remain unchanged.
