According to the relevant regulations of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, after comprehensive research and judgment by experts, the city headquarters decided that from 18:00 on April 17, 2022, the 3 buildings in Jinxiu Huacheng Binyuan, 7 buildings in Xuefu Xingcheng Community, and 7 buildings in Xuefu Xingcheng Community, Nangang District, Harbin City will be closed. 3 buildings in the city community, 7 buildings in Xuefu Mingju community, 1 building in Wenhuijiayuan community, Building 1 in Cable Mingyuan Community, 8 buildings in Haxi Huafu Community, and Building 18 in Qikailiyuan Community are adjusted to medium-risk areas.
