After preliminary investigation, it was found that the video belonged to Cheng Mou (male, 27 years old) and Tang Mou (female, 30 years old), residents of Chaohu City, who were husband and wife.
At about 20:00 on April 14 this year, due to family trivial matters, Cheng Mou beat his young son out of control, and has been summoned to the case by our bureau according to law, and the investigation and evidence collection work is in progress.
The Chaohu Women's Federation also intervened immediately and participated in the relevant disposal work.
At present, Tang and his son are in stable condition.
