Recently, Li Yumei, a 67-year-old residential building team leader who lives on the Zizhu Peninsula in Minhang, Shanghai, used paper-cut works to cheer for frontline workers in the fight against the epidemic.

During the day, Li Yumei and volunteers fought on the front line of community epidemic prevention, serving 47 families in the building.

At night, she picked up the knife to create paper-cut paintings to record the emotions around her.

"In addition to being a volunteer, I want to express my determination to fight the epidemic in another way. Now I use the evening break to cut paper to cheer for Shanghai and Minhang." Li Yumei said.
