[Explanation] Recently, the reporter met Wang Wen, who was about to work in the cabin, at the Shanghai Xinguobo Fangcai Hospital.

She is one of the first members of the Wuhan Medical Team to aid Shanghai and a nurse in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Fourth Hospital of Wuhan.

And she is better known as the "big white" who leads patients to do bone exercises in the Xinguobo Fangcai Hospital.

  Why teach patients bone exercises?

Wang Wen said that when she first entered the cabin, she found that most of the patients were lying on the bed, and their emotional state was not very good.

In my original hospital, I would lead patients to do bone-building exercises every time after dinner.

So, I found a small speaker and called on everyone to do activities and exercise together.

Wang Wen introduced that bone-building exercises can exercise muscles and enhance body coordination.

Our exercise is easy to learn and easy to use, so every time we call on everyone, there are still many people, including people of all ages, who are willing to join us.

[Explanation] Recently, Fangcang cabin hospitals at all levels in Shanghai have welcomed discharged people one after another. Only in the Fangcang cabin where Wang Wen is located, more than 6,700 patients were discharged in one day on April 13.

Wang Wen, who was fighting on the front line, also gained a lot of inspiration. She told reporters that there is a 10-year-old "small group pet" in the area where she works.

Every time we took over, he would come to the nurse's station to find us, draw a lot of cartoons for us, and communicate with us a lot, including online classes at our nurse's station.

He is our little group pet, and when we heard that he was going to leave the cabin this morning, we felt very reluctant, but we hoped that he would go back and recover as soon as possible.

[Commentary] Fangcai is not the first stop for Wang Wen to aid Shanghai. As the first batch of team members in Wuhan to aid Shanghai, Wang Wen also participated in the national nucleic acid in Shanghai on April 4. She recalled that she heard a lot of people that day. Say thank you.

When I came this time, the roads in Shanghai were basically empty and there were no people.

The only thing I saw was a few police cars.

It is very stressful to come to Shanghai to support the work, but we are also very confident that we can help Shanghai to successfully control the epidemic this time.
