Information added that an unknown young man created fake pages under the name "Mecca Muhammad", and was able in a short time to gather thousands of followers through the Facebook and Instagram applications, after he installed pictures of a beautiful twenty-year-old girl, and then also claimed that she works in one of the well-known charities in Qasr Al-Aini, but that Doctors later denied any existence of it in the college.

It turned out that the account used the fake girl's pictures to hunt young people and obtain gifts, money and mobile phone charging balances, by deluding them with fictional stories that have no basis in reality.

Activists on social networking sites launched the hashtag #The Truth of Makkah_Muhammad, so that stories spread around it, and each of them tells his story with her.

A young man of them also announced that the person who discovered that Mecca Muhammad was fake, that the fake account communicated with him, admitting his action, but he completely denied that he used methods of defrauding young people, pointing out that the account was permanently closed and disappeared from the communication pages.
