The Metropolitan Police Department and others invited the children to a basketball boys' and B league games held in Tokyo so that the children who lost their families in the incident or accident could make fun memories.

The Metropolitan Police Department has been doing this for seven years as part of its support for the bereaved children, and has so far invited about 600 people to sports and music events.
