This behavior violated Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and is suspected of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.

At present, the case has been filed and investigated by the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Airport Experimental Branch.
