A protest statement to the US embassy in a subcritical nuclear test "I can't forgive it"

The Japan Confederation of Atomic Bomb Victims Group Council sent a protest letter to the US Embassy on the 15th, following the fact that the United States conducted two subcritical nuclear tests without a nuclear explosion last year.
