More than 5 million Pushkin cards have already been issued in Russia

The joint program of the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Culture and Post Bank can be used by young people from 14 to 22 years old inclusive, buying tickets to museums, theaters and cinemas.

The face value of the card is 5000 rubles.

You can issue it in plastic - at Post Bank or virtual - in the application "Gosuslugi Kultura".
