Climb the high-voltage tower to dig out the bird's nest

Du Yuhua's hometown is in the countryside of Qingshuihe County. Due to the poor land in the village and the fact that he and his brother are going to school, the family moved to the county seat and rented a 20-square-meter cave dwelling.

On weekdays, his father, Du Liping, worked as a bricklayer to support the family, and his mother took care of him and his brother who was in junior high school full-time.

On the day of the incident, Du Liping and his wife went out, while Du Yuhua and his elder brother who was 3 years older were at home.

Du Yuhua was left at home alone because his brother needed to go to the hospital for an infusion due to an injured finger.

When my brother came home, he found that Du Yuhua was not at home.

Soon, the two children ran to the house and said that Du Yuhua had an accident.

"I was the first to arrive at the scene. At that time, the child was in a coma. He gradually woke up on the way to the hospital. He recounted the incident intermittently. The reason why he climbed the iron tower was to dig out the bird's nest." Liu Liping, Du Yuhua's uncle, said .

On the tower, two brand-new "No Climbing High Voltage Danger" signs are clearly visible. Du Yuhua's relatives said that the signs were installed after the accident.

"If there were signs at the time, or if there were fences around, this accident might have been avoided." Liu Liping said.
