Last week, about twenty current and former employees went out to Expressen and accused Gudrun Sjödén's management of bullying and racism.

A few days later, Deputy CEO Gudrun Sjödén and CEO Ann Adelsson responded to the criticism of SVT.

"Obviously we must have zero tolerance for all forms of discrimination, bullying and racism (...) Here we are from the management's self-critical - we must become better in both communication and implementation of the company's values.

The responsibility is ours. ”

Review after media reporting

The Swedish Work Environment Authority has now decided to carry out an inspection by Gudrun Sjödén on 21 April to review the company's work environment work.

"We have initiated an inspection ourselves due to the reports on the work environment that have appeared in the media," writes Jenny Bengtsson, work environment inspector at the authority, in an email to Kulturnyheterna.

If shortcomings are discovered in the work environment work, the authority will demand that Gudrun Sjödén rectify them, the Swedish Work Environment Authority writes in the pre-notification to the inspectorate.

The cultural news is looking for Gudrun Sjödén.
