This was revealed by Kumagaya Surgical Hospital at a press conference with the Kumagaya City Medical Association on the 13th.

Of these, 17 were "abnormal" findings, and the rest were "no abnormality".

In addition to this, there were 17 cases in which the person who should be notified that "there was an abnormality" was informed of the incorrect content as "no abnormality".

In addition, even in specific medical examinations such as metabolic syndrome, the results of 201 out of 1876 cases were not notified to the citizens who received the examination.

The hospital apologizes to the examinees and asks those who have findings such as "abnormality" to undergo an examination, but so far no health hazard has been confirmed.

Since the fact was discovered when the staff in charge was changed in February, the hospital has set up an investigation committee consisting of outside lawyers to investigate the cause.
