An embarrassing mistake made by David Beckham at his son's wedding due to the nickname of his daughter-in-law

David Beckham's family made an embarrassing mistake during the wedding of son Brooklyn Beckham to the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz, owner of the famous Wendy's burger chain.

Saturday evening witnessed a huge wedding for Brooklyn and his girlfriend Nicola, which won an unprecedented global reputation, and huge press coverage, and the Peltz family sponsored the lavish marriage, at the family mansion in the beach city of Miami, in the presence of many celebrities, between artists and athletes.

Brooklyn decided to change his name, becoming Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, as he decided to insert the family name of his new wife in his name, in her honor, as she did the same, and her name became Nicholas Peltz Beckham.

But the young man's parents, football legend David Beckham and his wife Victoria, were not aware of the change, or did not want to pay attention to it.

Beckham and Victoria wrote a blessing to the young couple, on their Instagram account, with the name "Beltz" removed, which sparked controversy among fans and followers.

"Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Beckham," Victoria wrote, as David Beckham wrote, welcoming Nicola Peltz to the family.

It is reported that Brooklyn changed the name of his Instagram account to Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, while his parents mentioned the name of the old account, which does not exist now, when congratulating.

It is not known if the Beckhams' congratulation, and their ignoring of the Peltz name, caused a problem between the two families, but it certainly gained an international reputation.

The Peltz family has a fortune of $1.7 billion, while the Beckhams are worth nearly $500 million.
