    20 Minutes

debriefs the highlights of the episode broadcast the day before.

Pressure, shot, cromesquis and laser cooking are back for the new season of

Top Chef

.

The thirteenth edition of the M6 culinary competition no longer relies on "daring" or "creativity" as in previous years, but quite simply on the radical side of the universe of its candidates and its trials to bring out the worthy successor to Mohamed Sheikh.

But before the public discovered Mohamed last year, there was a candidate, a man, a legend who was unanimous around him.

Adrien Cachot, exceptional competitor and cooking genius, shared his love for offal throughout his edition.

This season, he has therefore returned to challenge the cooks: to make people who don't like it like offal.

Welcomed as a champion, he shined during the first event.

The smile remained on our lips for the second challenge of the evening, although the theme of stale bread did not sell us dreams, thanks to Massimo Bottura.

The Italian chef shared his good vibes during his tasting, and it felt good to have, especially after an episode that started with a huge surprise that we didn't expect (that's the point of a surprise ).

All this is to be discovered on video in the debrief of this ninth episode.

Don't watch if you don't want to be spoiled!
