“According to the Crimean Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, due to the formation of a cyclone during the day and until the end of the day on April 13, heavy rains are expected in Crimea on the night of April 14,” the Kryminform agency reports.

According to Novy Sevastopol, in the next hour or two and until the end of the day on April 12, the northwest wind is expected to increase to 25–30 m/s on the southern coast of Crimea, and up to 35 m/s in the mountains.
