Maebashi City has decided to make it possible for people who have evacuated from Ukraine to evacuate to the city to receive 150,000 yen every month by independently supplementing their living expenses in addition to the amount paid by the government.

Regarding the acceptance of people evacuating from Ukraine, the government decided to pay 2400 yen per day to those who have no relatives or acquaintances in Japan after leaving the hotel where they are temporarily staying as living expenses. I am.

Under these circumstances, Maebashi City has a policy to cover the living expenses of those who have evacuated to the city independently regardless of whether they have relatives or acquaintances, and to receive 150,000 yen every month including the amount provided by the government. I decided.

The period is up to one year until you become independent, and if you evacuate with your family, we are adjusting to compensate for the second and subsequent people.

In addition to providing a lump-sum payment of 150,000 yen per person, municipal housing will be provided free of charge, and the city will bear the utility bill and the half-year tuition fee of about 300,000 yen at a Japanese language school.

We plan to use donations that will be collected in the future as financial resources.

A Ukrainian woman has been evacuating in the city by relying on a friend, and Mayor Ryu Yamamoto of Maebashi City said, "We will be close to the people who have evacuated while wearing clothes, and the country will provide concrete support measures. I would like to support you so that you can feel at ease until it is ready. "
