Commuters need to bring the original ID card, the commuter permit issued by the township and street management committee, the commuter vehicle permit, and the 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate to enter and return to Beijing and Gu'an.

  According to reports, Gu'an County insists that non-commuters do not enter Beijing unless necessary. For those who really need to enter Beijing due to serious diseases and other very special reasons, they need to hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, a Beijing hospital or unit, and a community acceptance certificate.
