In order to do a good job in the shutdown and online switching of the national coordinating system, the Zhejiang Provincial Social Security Provincial Centralized System needs to be shut down and switched to the national coordinating system, which is decided in 2022. From 12:00 on April 18, 2019, the social security business will be suspended.

Affected business channels include:

　　——Offline channels: government service halls at all levels in the province, social security service halls, social bank cooperation outlets, self-service machines, etc.

　　——Online channels: Zhejiang Government Affairs Service Network, Zhejiang Liban APP, National People's Social Security Public Service Platform, National Social Insurance Public Service Platform, and local self-built online service platforms, etc.

Affected businesses include:

　　——The province's basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees, basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents, work-related injury insurance, and unemployment insurance are temporarily suspended.

　　——Zhejiang Government Service Network and Zhejiang Office APP will continue to provide participation certificate printing and social security inquiry services.

Business resumption time:

　　——Offline channels: The province will resume on May 13, 2022.

　　——Online channel:

　　(1) The provincial level, Shaoxing, and Lishui will be restored at 8:00 on May 14;

　　(2) Wenzhou, Quzhou and Zhoushan will resume at 8:00 on May 15;

　　(3) Ningbo, Huzhou and Jiaxing will resume at 8:00 on May 16;

　　(4) Hangzhou, Jinhua and Taizhou will resume at 8:00 on May 17.

　　In May 2022, the basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees, the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents, and industrial injury insurance will be paid in advance to the end of April.

In June, the basic pension insurance benefits for enterprise employees will be distributed uniformly on June 8.

Unemployment insurance benefits such as unemployment insurance benefits and unemployment subsidies issued in May 2022 will be paid in place before the end of May, and unemployment insurance benefits will be restored to the original payment time in June.
