It proposes measures over a period of three years.

During this period, a prevention plan will be put in place.

It will concern schoolchildren this year, college students next year and high school students in 2024. It will consist of informing young people and their parents about the best behavior to adopt in terms of screen consumption.

Workshops in May

The actions will be undertaken with the assistance of psychiatrist and addictologist Stéphane Billard, living in Penmarc'h.

The first workshops on this addiction will be organized on May 12th.

They will be followed by the intervention of a psychologist.

A survey of young residents showed that 91% of them use a screen before going to sleep.
