An exhibition with the theme of a tiger-patterned Tibetan carpet was opened at the Jibengang Art Center in Lhasa a few days ago, attracting many art lovers to watch the exhibition.

  According to relevant documents, as early as thousands of years ago, the inhabitants of the Ali area in Tibet carved symbols such as tiger skin patterns on the rocks; around the 7th century AD, it was mentioned in the Thirty-Six Systems issued by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo. , Only those who have achieved status and considerable achievements can wear "tiger skin jackets, tiger skin skirts, tiger skin robes", etc. The pattern of tigers has been integrated into Tibetan fabrics such as carpets since then.
