On the same day, the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Epidemic Prevention Exchange Center was officially established in Macau.

  The Chief Executive of the Macao SAR, Ho Iat Seng, and the Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, Fu Ziying, inaugurated the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Epidemic Prevention Exchange Center.

  It is reported that the establishment of the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Epidemic Prevention Exchange Center aims to give full play to the advantages of Macao’s close contact with Portuguese-speaking countries, and strengthen cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries in the field of health care through various forms of exchanges and training. Jointly improve the ability to respond to the epidemic, jointly promote the development of global public health, and jointly build a community of human health.
