The building permit requested in October 2021 by Bouygues Immobilier for a project on Seguin Island, in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine), has just been authorized by the mayor (LR), Pierre-Christophe Baguet.

The Vivaldi project provides for the construction of more than 117,000 m² of offices and commercial activities, reports

Le Parisien

.

An appeal will be filed

The project had however collected more than 80% of unfavorable opinions (out of 752 votes) during an electronic public participation (PPVE) between January and February, the results of which have just been made public.

"In a city of 121,000 inhabitants, 752 opinions for such a project is derisory," said the mayor.

This shows that, for the Boulonnais, the subject is settled.
