The Tunisian thinker considered that the natural state of human life is a fight between good and evil, between unbelief and faith, and it requires vigilance from the believers, and the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, noted that his mission was limited to honoring noble morals, meaning that he was sent for this mission, and when Islam came One of his main tasks was to repair what was corrupted among the people.

The system that Islam brought was characterized by two features: The first is that it is a holistic system that takes care of all aspects of life, and it is a religion that came to care for the human being to guide him.

The second characteristic - as Abdel-Fattah Moreau emphasizes - is the characteristic of stability, which means that unlike previous nations that built a system based on interests, Islam came to prove this system and make it a fixed standard, and Islam linked the system of morals and human nature.

Moreau pointed out that Western colonialism affected the development of Muslims and their identity, and in recent years the West relied on changing its method of dealing with Muslims, subjecting them to economic need, and bringing their children to it to build its economy, and in the seventies it moved to a new stage based on the question of belonging to religion, With the help of an orientalist current that digs into the heritage and history of Muslims, to fabricate that this religion is not based on revelation.

The second matter is that the West presented the Muslim children with the concept of freedom and contemporary teachings, and deluded them in return that religiosity is a form of exclusion, a trend - as Moreau adds - progressed in universities, the media, and school programs.

The guest of an episode (10/4/2022) of the “Shari’a and Life in Ramadan” program talked about the phenomena of atheism and disintegration in Islamic societies, and he attributed them to what he called the puritanical approach in some Muslim countries.

Planning for the future and changing the curriculum

And he stressed that the Islamic nation, out of its belief in its civilized role, should not retreat into itself, and it is required to present a new approach to understanding and dealing with reality, and it needs to develop its children, who will be among them the political, economic and leader, and make them realize what is being woven into the nation.

And on the role of scholars in confronting manifestations of atheism and others, the Tunisian thinker explained that the scientist is an interlocutor and an owner of thought and opinion capable, and he is able to deflect suspicion of opinion, not insult.

He also noted that the protection of youth and the Islamic nation in general is through planning for the future and changing educational curricula.
