The group BTS spoke directly about military service.

BTS met with reporters just before the concert held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, USA on the 9th at 6 pm (local time), to a reporter's question about his position on military service, "We talked a lot with the company about the military service issue. I talked about leaving it up to the side. I think the company's story is my story."

At a press conference held in Las Vegas on the morning of the same day, Hive Communications Chief Lee Jin-hyeong (CCO) said, "Artists are entrusting the company with issues related to military service. We are watching while negotiating. After the Military Service Act was revised, the decision was left to the company. It is true that I give, so I hope that a conclusion will be reached as soon as possible.”

In November last year, the National Assembly deliberated on a bill to amend the Military Service Act to allow pop culture artists who contributed to the promotion of national prestige, such as BTS, to replace military service as art and sports personnel.

However, the passage in the heated pros and cons has been temporarily suspended.

In particular, if Jin is the oldest member of the group and is excluded from the military service exception, it is highly likely that she will enlist at the end of this year.
