[Explanation] The first phase of the Central Aid Hong Kong Emergency Hospital Project was completed and delivered on April 7.

Early that morning, Huang Jun, general manager of the installation company of China Construction Fifth Bureau, and his team were busy at the scene.

The first phase of the emergency hospital project delivered this time can provide 500 negative pressure beds, including 32 ICU beds and 2 operating rooms, as well as all medical and auxiliary functions. For example, after we enter the field, all the words are white and black, and they are implemented only in two shifts.

But none of our brothers complained about suffering. We only had one thought, no matter what difficulties we encountered, we just wanted to complete the project as soon as possible.

[Explanation] In this "Aid to Hong Kong and Anti-epidemic" conference, more than 20,000 builders rushed to the Hetao for construction, with a total labor of more than 180,000 people, and 14,000 people worked simultaneously during the peak period.

Huang Jun and his team are responsible for the comprehensive electromechanical construction of the outpatient building, medical technology building, nursing room, and ancillary rooms of the first phase of the emergency hospital project. Unlike the previous construction of makeshift hospitals in the Mainland, the construction of the Central Aid Hong Kong Emergency Hospital project is more complicated sex and challenge.

The first one is that we have all the personnel, and the materials are involved in the transfer of two regions, and the handling of one procedure. This is very complicated, so it is still very different from the mainland project.

Second, the conditions of the site are very complicated, and the environmental conditions on the site are very complicated. After all our materials and materials have to be transferred, we can only enter the site of this Hetao project through a bridge. This is very complicated, and the construction environment is very difficult. .

[Explanation] The Central Aid Hong Kong Emergency Hospital project is on a deserted beach, and the soft foundation needs to be dealt with before the project is constructed.

Huang Jun said that this is like "building a house on tofu", and the construction participants living on the site can only build floor coverings, eat lunch boxes, and sleep in tents at the project site.

These participants included "many 'post-90s' and '00s'. In Huang Jun's eyes, these young people "endured hardships and were arrogant (in Hunan dialect, it is described as a struggle that does not admit defeat)."

After we came in, we went to open the folding bed with all our materials and equipment. The brothers (should have) slept in tents, but they actually slept in the open air. This was the first point.

Then the second point is that this tent can sleep about 18 to 20 people. This is a large (quantity), and all our managers do it themselves. The materials required for each tent for each person, steel plates, The screw fittings are built manually by ourselves, and this process reflects that all the management personnel and all the brothers are not afraid of hardship and fatigue after coming in. All things are done by ourselves to overcome the actual difficulties on the site. Every one of us Humans can develop our own fighting consciousness.

[Explanation] In order to ensure the successful completion of the project, the on-site construction personnel and designers also cooperated closely to discuss the construction details of the emergency hospital, ranging from the installation and commissioning of various equipment and facilities in the emergency hospital to the standard for socket use.

Huang Jun introduced that the construction and implementation of the project are set according to the requirements and standards of the Hong Kong side.

The design of functions and the placement of facilities are in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong side in Hong Kong, and the wards are configured according to the standards of the Hong Kong side. There may be two or three beds in a room, and this facility standard is similar to that of the mainland. Not quite consistent, it is all designed in accordance with the standards of the Hong Kong side.

[Explanation] Next, Huang Jun and his team will continue to stay in Hetao to participate in the construction of the project until all the contracts are delivered.

Huang Jun told reporters that the current staff has been gradually adjusted to the second phase of the project for construction.

In my own words, there are a few aspects. The first is to be able to complete the contract performance and delivery of the first phase, the second phase and the Fangcang shelter hospital as soon as possible as soon as possible as required and according to the time requirements. Go ahead and build this hospital.
