Last year, Yuhito, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Akishino, added to the composition and reported to the organizer that the composition that was selected as an honorable mention at the Kitakyushu City Literary Award was insufficiently described.

This composition was written about Yuhito's visit to the Ogasawara Islands five years ago when he was in the fifth grade of elementary school. Selected as an honorable mention.

According to the Imperial Household Agency, in February, it was found that the references were insufficiently described due to an external indication, and Mr. Yuhito was in the process of reviewing the materials.

Then, this week, I added references and annotations to the composition and sent it to the Kitakyushu City Literature Museum, which is the secretariat, and reported it.

The Kitakyushu Municipal Literature Museum said that it was checking the contents and said, "I would like to discuss and consult with the selection committee members who were involved in the selection."
