In the review published on Wednesday, about twenty current and former employees went out and accused the management of bullying and racism.

The testimonies mainly concerned CEO Ann Adelsson and the founder and Deputy CEO Gudrun Sjödén.

The managers declined all interviews on Wednesday and Thursday - now they make a written statement together.

"Obviously we must have zero tolerance for all forms of discrimination, bullying and racism.

Our employees know how to report abusive discrimination and our organization can act and handle the issues.

Here, we on the part of management are self-critical - we must become better at both communication and implementation of the company's values.

The responsibility is ours ", they write.

"Trust is damaged"

Adelsson and Sjödén say that for several years they have been aware of shortcomings in the working environment at the company, but that since August 2021 they have "deepened our efforts in the work environment area" together with the trade union Unionen.

The management has now decided to carry out an "independent screening in the near future" to investigate the work environment.

"Confidence in the company has been damaged and it is now our job, hard work, to restore it.

We have respect for the fact that it may take time and our fantastic employees should both know and feel that we as employers work with them along the way. ”
