Choose sugar-free chocolates

To spend the Easter period without depriving herself, Maud Ravier highlights sugar-free chocolates, from the kitchens of chef Yannick Alléno in collaboration with Aurélien Rivoire.

"We can go there non-stop", advances the columnist on Europe 1. "They are refined, and we can eat them without depriving ourselves because there is no sugar. It's zero complex, zero frustration “, specifies Maud Ravier at the microphone of Europe 1.

To make these chocolates, the chefs "use birch water, which allows them to obtain chocolates ten times less sweet than traditional chocolate", underlines the beauty columnist.

Opt for essential oils in case of pimples

If you're already affected by acne, to avoid making it worse, Maud Ravier says you should avoid "foods with a high glycemic index such as chocolate, cakes and sweets. There are also potatoes earth, pasta, rice, and foods deprived of their fibers such as white rice".

The beauty columnist instead recommends essential oils to prevent pimples.

"I recommend regularly using essential oils of dill or ginger on small lozenges or small pieces of bread that stimulate the digestive system," she says.

And if it's "too late", rosemary can be a good solution because "it stimulates and detoxifies the liver", just like peppermint essential oils.

Finally, the specialist speaks of another "quite spectacular" oil, that of Manuka.

"It's 20 times more effective than tea tree essential oil. It's amazing for all things severe acne, and it helps with rapid healing," concedes the columnist.

However, essential oil ingestion is not recommended for pregnant women.
