  Hong Kong Toutiao Daily said that the National Security Department of the police carried out law enforcement operations in different parts of Hong Kong on the morning of the 6th and arrested four men and two women between the ages of 32 and 67, including Deng Jianhua, the former vice chairman of the "Trade Union".

They are suspected of "committing an act with seditious intent" under the Crimes Ordinance, Chapter 200 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

Police investigations revealed that the arrested persons were suspected of deliberately committing nuisance acts while attending the hearings in different courts, including the High Court, the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts and the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts, from December last year to January this year, which seriously affected judicial solemnity and court operations. .

According to a court warrant, the police searched the home of the arrested person and seized a batch of items suspected of being related to the case, including a record of conspiracy to appear in court to commit nuisance.

  Previously, the police asked the disbanded "Trade Union" to submit information in accordance with the "Social Organizations Regulations", but it failed to submit it before the deadline, and some people transferred a large amount of information to a training center, which was questioned as an attempt to "destroy the dead".

On March 31, the National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police took action to take away former chairman Huang Naiyuan, former vice chairman Deng Jianhua and former treasurer Zhong Songhui of the "Trade Union" for investigation.

The former secretary general of the organization, Li Zhuoren, who is in prison, will also be investigated.

  The "Trade Union" was established in July 1990 and has more than 80 affiliated associations from all walks of life.

The organization is accused of being funded by a total of HK$13 million from the labor organization of the National Endowment for Democracy in the United States from 1994 to 2013. Repeated incitement to strikes and illegal assemblies.

Li Zhuoren was sentenced to 20 months in prison for three unsanctioned assembly cases. He is currently serving his sentence. Former chairman Wu Min Er was charged with conspiracy to subvert state power for participating in the opposition's illegal "35+ primary election" and is now on remand.

In September last year, the "Trade Union" announced the initiation of the dissolution procedure, and held a special general meeting in October to approve the dissolution decision, but so far the association registration has not been cancelled.

A spokesman for the Hong Kong Security Bureau said that criminal responsibility will not be erased due to the dissolution of the organization or the resignation of its members.
