Editor's note:

Every Chinese who works hard to live is the most beautiful struggler.

It is precisely because of hundreds of millions of strugglers that China is today.

For ten years, pay tribute to every struggle of you.

Let us work together to forge ahead in the new era, and work hard towards the future.

During the Qingming Festival, the high-standard tea farm in Laoshan Village, Liufang Township, Hukou County, Jiangxi Province is full of greenery, and the villagers are busy picking new tea.

It is understood that the predecessor of the tea farm was a barren hillside overgrown with weeds.

In November 2012, the local "slope to ladder" project was launched to transform it into a high-standard tea garden.

After nearly 10 years of development, the tea garden has achieved a win-win situation in both ecological and economic benefits, not only reducing soil erosion on slopes, protecting water quality, but also benefiting local people.

During the tea garden mining season, at most, more than 300 local villagers come to the tea garden to pick tea every day, increasing employment and income at their doorstep.
