"Yak Al-Aoun" succeeded in ending the suffering of the 60-year-old citizen (Abu Muhammad), who is being prosecuted, due to financial issues that have owed him for 27 years, with a value of 885 thousand dirhams, and the Committee of Goodness Courts in Dubai Courts took over the settlement of the amount, and the reduction of the value of the debt to 400,000 dirhams.

The citizen (Abu Muhammad), told his story to "Emirates Today", saying that in 1993 he decided to establish a transportation company, to be a source of income for the family, and at the beginning of the establishment he obtained a loan of four million dirhams, and agreed with an (Asian) person to run the business jointly, And he bought 13 trucks in monthly installments, on the basis that his partner would operate the trucks, and the return would be divided equally between them.

He added that the work continued for two months in this way, and the project had a good financial return, and after a short period he tried to contact the Asian partner, but his phone was turned off the whole time, and anxiety began to seep into him, and he went to the company headquarters, and found it closed, so he went to the workplace of this person And he worked in a car showroom.

He added that he met the owner of the exhibition and the sponsor of his partner, and the surprise was when the owner of the exhibition told him that this person stole a number of the exhibition cars, and also stole the 13 trucks, and succeeded in selling them with forged papers, although the vehicles were mortgaged to the financing company, he could not bear the shock, and went out. From the exhibition in a daze, he tried to find his partner by all means, and finally it turned out that he had fled out of the state, leaving him with debts and loans.

He pointed out that he toured all parts of the country in search of trucks, and incurred a lot of effort and money, for the trucks, as they are mortgaged and cannot be sold, and after a while he was able to return the 13 trucks to the company that financed their purchase, and the company, in turn, sold the trucks in an auction worth two million And 900 thousand dirhams, and the remaining amount of one million and 100 thousand dirhams for the rest of the loan.

He explained that the company that was financing the trucks filed 13 executive lawsuits against him in the Dubai Courts, after which his life turned into a tragedy, and his services were terminated from work after he entered prison, and his wife requested a divorce, after he had been to prison several times in various cases during the past 27 years, Pointing out that his relatives paid part of the sums of the cases incurred by him, and after the death of his father and the division of the inheritance, and obtaining his share, he paid the debts of three financial cases out of the 13 cases, and he still owed an amount of 885,000 dirhams, and the Committee of Goodness Courts in Dubai Courts took over the work of settling and reducing the debt to 400,000 dirhams.

He indicated that he submitted his papers to one of the competent government agencies, and I asked him to search for a job, but he did not find any party that would like to employ him at this age, explaining that he currently does not have a house, a job, a car, nor a certificate of good conduct and behavior, and he lives in a rented apartment. The annual is 35,000 dirhams, and he has three children who work, and their financial situation is not better than him, because they are also mired in debts and the necessities of life.

(Abu Muhammad) thanked the "Yak Al Aoun" initiative, as it studied his condition and included him among the people included in the initiative, stressing that it is a generous initiative that contributes to relieving the distress of financially distressed and prosecuted citizens.
