The family of Naglaa Nematullah, the victim of the treachery of the companions and the famous girl of the mall in Kafr El-Dawwar, expressed their overjoyed happiness after the verdict was issued against the accused, stressing that today represents a holiday for them, especially after justice has been achieved.
The defense team of the accused submitted a request to the court to present it to a specialized committee of doctors specializing in psychiatry, from the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, to examine the victim, claiming that she was suffering from bad psychological conditions, and was receiving treatment before committing the crime, and that she fell under Influence beyond her control to commit the crime.
Before the Alexandria Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Mohamed Ali Skeiker, President of the Alexandria Criminal Court, issued the final verdict against the accused of killing the mall girl, after taking the legal opinion of the Mufti, upholding the death sentence against the first and third accused, and punishing the second accused with 15 years in prison.
