After the earthquake, a reporter from Chinanews.com learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation, China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and other departments that no abnormality was found on the local expressway and national and provincial trunk lines; the railway department urgently blocked the relevant section lines to investigate potential safety hazards. .

　　The Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation announced that after the earthquake, the transportation department conducted segment inspections, video inspections and other methods to investigate the involved G93 Luyu Expressway, S41 Yixu Expressway, G76 Naqian Expressway, and G93 Chengdu-Chongqing Ring Expressway Leyi Section. Emergency inspections were carried out on 5 expressways including the Yibin section of the S4 Chengyi-Zhao Expressway.

After investigation, no obvious abnormality was found. All toll stations were passing normally, and no disaster report was received. The emergency rescue channels of each toll station have been opened.

In order to ensure the safety of passenger transportation, the railway department quickly launched an emergency plan, urgently blocked the relevant sections of the line, comprehensively inspected the driving equipment, and checked for potential safety hazards.
