In June last year, the body of Kazuhiko Kitada (59 at the time), an employee of the Mahjong store in Abiko City, Chiba Prefecture, was found wrapped in a futon near a graveyard in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Soichiro Otsubo (31) from Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture, was re-arrested on the 29th of last month on suspicion of murder.
Police are investigating that Otsubo suspected that he had squeezed his neck and killed him in the dormitory where Mr. Kitada lived. I found out by interviewing the investigators.
