The Anhui Provincial Public Security Department sent an expert team to Lingbi County to guide the investigation of the case.

　　Victim: Wang Moulei, male, born in November 2007, from Shenchang Village, Yugou Town, Lingbi County, a student in Grade 8 (8) of Yugou Middle School, living in Dormitory 206, Student Dormitory Building No. 1.

　　Suspect: Xu Moubang, male, born in October 2007, a native of Shenzhai Village, Yugou Town, Lingbi County, a student in the eighth grade (12) class of Yugou Middle School, and the victim's classmates from the fifth and sixth grades of primary school, living in 206 dormitory.

　　Witnesses: Wei Moumou, Wang Moumou, Li Moumou, Liu Moumou, Yang Mou, and Liu Moumou are all first-year students of Yugou Middle School, living in dormitories 207, 303, and 310, respectively, in Student Dormitory Building No. 1.

　　The basic situation of the case: After the investigation by the public security organs, at 20:40 on March 31, 2022, the school will go to self-study at night; at 20:50, Wang Moulei and Xu Moubang have returned to the 206 dormitory; The school dormitory management regulations, 206 dormitory lights out.

Last semester, the school arranged for a third-year student Ma Moumou to rent the dormitory. Since Ma Moumou will take the classified college entrance examination this semester, Ma Moumou negotiated with Wang Moulei, and Ma Moumou paid Wang Moulei 300 Yuan, stay until Ma Mou takes the classified college entrance examination.
