The health situation is improving in Aube.

This Friday, no class had been closed during the week due to Covid-19.

The previous week, three classes had remained closed because of the epidemic, reports

L'Est Eclair

.

According to data from the Rectorate, no school was closed that week in the sector of the Reims academy (Aube, Marne, Haute-Marne and Ardennes).

A total of six classes closed compared to 50 the previous week.

Educational staff most affected

The situation therefore seems to be improving despite a rebound in the Covid-19 epidemic in children since mid-March.

The number of students who tested positive for the coronavirus is still above 2,400 since the previous week.

Similarly, the number of sick school employees in the Reims academy increased from 234 to 306 positive people.

A slight increase which echoes the progression of the virus in France.
