China News Service, Fuyuan, April 2 (Xia Changgui reporter Jiang Hui) Recently, near Jiaxinzi Island, Fuyuan City, Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province, two wild black bears staged a "bear haunt" for two consecutive days. The police at the police station were dispatched urgently to do a good job in safety prevention and control.
On March 30, when the police at the border police station along the Yangtze River conducted a video inspection of the Heilongjiang River, the Sino-Russian border river, two black bears appeared on the surveillance screen.

The police at the border police station along the Yangtze River told reporters that from the video, the two black bears are large and belong to adult black bears. They are about two kilometers away from the shore, and they are very alert when they stop and go.
About 40 minutes later, the two black bears entered Jiaxinzi Island in Fuyuan and disappeared into the jungle.
Because Jiaxinzi Island is relatively close to Fuyuan City, the police have increased border patrols in the area around Jiaxinzi Island while paying attention to the dynamics of the area through video surveillance, and promptly persuaded vehicles and personnel to return.
On the evening of March 31, the figure of a black bear appeared on the surveillance screen again.
The police conducted video tracking of the black bear, and the preliminary judgment was that it was one of the two black bears found the day before.
As the black bear kept approaching the shore, the police were dispatched urgently.
After constant searching, the police found the black bear about 400 meters away from the shore of Heilongjiang.
In order to prevent the black bear from going ashore, the police drove it away through the illumination of the headlights.
Soon, the black bear returned to Jiaxinzi Island, and the police also closed and controlled the area.
The black bear, commonly known as the black blind, is a national second-class protected animal. It ends its hibernation in March and April and begins to come out of its burrows.
In recent years, with the improvement of the ecological environment, large wild animals often haunt the Fuyuan area, but it is still relatively rare for two adult black bears to appear together.
