A young Yemeni man, under the age of thirty, hanged himself in Yarim District, Ibb Governorate.
The suicide bomber was called Riyad Muhammad al-Tazi. Some residents found him hanging on a concrete pillar next to a water tank in Yarim, noting that he was not from the area, but rather from a village in the neighboring Baadan District.
According to a report by Al-Arabiya.net, the young man committed suicide due to an emotional crisis, "and chose death to get rid of his torments after realizing that linking up with someone he loves is impossible."
Riad left behind a group of letters they found in his pocket, bearing words of love and feelings of anger and pain.
He wrote to his girlfriend in one of those messages, "Rejoice in your life and forget about you...God, I love you to death, and today I prove everything to you."
He also wrote in another message: "You promised me that you would not be for anyone else, but I betrayed the promises, but I did not betray you. Remember me, my life, I love you to death."
In another message, he wrote, addressing his lover by her name: "I will not forgive you.. Take everything and keep it, and remind me of your love. The mobile is yours and everything is yours."
Yemeni journalist Bashir Al-Masqari revealed that the girl Riyad loved had already married on the same night of his suicide, and moved to the city of Radaa in Al-Bayda Governorate, thousands of kilometers from this village, so he decided to hang himself in an unfinished building facing the girl's house.
