Beiqing Daily: Why didn't you like Zhanxiang in the first place?
Zhang Songwen: When I read the script, I tried the lines in the room. If you use the way you are used to in life, you can't say it. You have to be half-joking or even a little exaggerated to say those words.
I'm so sorry for myself - how can this person be so flamboyant?
I had to find a reason, what kind of character a person is to say such a thing.
Then I started to look for such people in my brain impression, and I found a lot of them as soon as I found them.
Since I am familiar with this type of person, I will try to shape him.
Beiqing Daily: In your opinion, what kind of person is Zhanxiang?
Zhang Songwen: He is very similar to the people I met in the years I worked in Shenzhen.
At that time, I was a tour guide and team leader in Shenzhen.
Take the locals to travel abroad.
A large part of the source of tourists are locals in Shenzhen. We call them "urban villages". Many of these tourists are rented.
Their property is not in units, but several buildings (laughs).
I remember that a client told me that he had eight buildings to collect rent... In my impression, they were very similar to Zhanxiang.
I can't say that they have no culture. Maybe the era has created such a group of people. They don't have a high degree of education, but they have a lot of knowledge. Now, I haven't finished high school, at most I have read the first year of high school.
He loves learning, English, piano, and dance. Of course, he is selfish. Only by improving himself can he be worthy of Gu Qingyu.
Gu's class is far away from him, and Zhanxiang's characteristic is his eagerness to learn.

Zhang Songwen: On the first day of acting, Haiqing and I took the wrong scene. They are both mature professional actors. As long as you know what the highest task of this scene is, you can do it directly.
So every scene with her has improvisational elements. The one that impressed Feng Xiaoqin the most was the confession scene with Zhan Xiang.
When we read the script with Haiqing, we both read that Feng Xiaoqin was really confessing to Zhanxiang.
But the two of us have a very difficult time: if we have known such two people for ten years, if we like it, how can it happen at this stage?
So we discussed whether to play the scene in a joking way.
At first, I planned to play stupid after hearing her confession, but I was so moved that I cried.
When the scene was about to end, I suddenly lost my mind and thought, "Oh, it's not the same as what we discussed just now, it's just a joke, how did it become so sincere?" So the two of them added improvisations. The ingredients are included, and there is no need to clarify the words in the expression of adults.
Beiqing Daily: Do you think Zhanxiang will be happy if he is with Gu Qingyu?
Zhang Songwen: I have been pursuing her tirelessly for nearly ten years. If I am together, I will definitely feel very happy.
But Zhanxiang is not a fool, he can see that Gu Qingyu is not happy.

Beiqing Daily: At present, the audience praises your performance, but the evaluation of Zhan Xiang is polarized. Some people like it very much, and they think that Gu Qingyu missed a good match.
