A "significant snow episode for the season", specifies the meteorological service.
Snowfall should be in place in these departments from the middle of the night from Thursday to Friday, by the Belgian borders.
Over the entire episode, a snow depth of 3 to 5 cm is expected, or even locally 5 to 10 cm.
Orange vigilance could be extended during the day towards the Somme, "this snowy episode progressing further south from the end of the night from Thursday to Friday", indicates Météo-France.
