In Mali, the ruling junta is " 

 " to the mercenaries of the Russian company Wagner, says the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, who specifies that relations between Paris and Bamako are at a standstill.

Jean-Yves Le Drian also speaks on the future of the French military system in Niger.
